NAPOLCOM is utilizing OLEASS (Online Exam Application Scheduling System) for filing of application for PNP Entrance and PNP Promotional Exams.
Applicants shall utilize the On-Line Exam Application Scheduling System (OLEASS) to request the Regional Office for their schedule on the filing of examination application. Applicants will personally appear at the NAPOLCOM Regional Office on the date assigned to them, with their printed on-line Confirmation Letter, filled-out Application Form and other required documents, for further evaluation.

OLEASS PROCEDURES:
1. Access www.napolcom.gov.ph or www.napolcom-oleass.com
2. Fill out the mandatory form and click SUBMIT.
3. Print out the on-line Schedule Confirmation.
4. Check your e-mail account and access the link for the Application Form. Fill in all the required details, click SUBMIT and PRINT OUT a hard copy.
5. Bring printouts of the Schedule Confirmation and filled-out Application Form to the NAPOLCOM Regional Office on the scheduled date for filing of the examination application.

WHO CAN APPLY?
For civilians:
- Minimum height of 1.62 meters for male
- Minimum height of 1.57 meters for female.
- Must not be less than 21 years old and not more than 30 years old
- With Bachelor’s degree
For members of indigenous communities:
- Minimum height of 1.52 meters for male
- Minimum height of 1.45 meters for female
- Must submit a Certificate of Tribal membership issued by the NCIP, OMA, NCMF or a height waiver issued by NAPOLCOM.
- Meanwhile, they are required to submit the Certificate of Tribal membership issued by the NCIP, OMA, NCMF or a height waiver issued by NAPOLCOM.
APPOINTMENT
Below are the step by step procedures on how to schedule an appointment for filing of application in PNP entrance test.
- The applicant shall visit the official website of NAPOLCOM at www.napolcom.gov.ph, and click the Online Examination Application and Scheduling System or directly refer to www.napolcom-oleass.com and fill out the Last Name, First Name, Middle Name, Home Address, Cellphone Number and Email Address fields.
- These mandatory fields [Gender, Height, Age, Birth date and Course completed] shall also be filled out.
- The applicant shall submit, confirm and print the generated confirmation letter with reference number in which the applicant must bring together with all other requirements.

FILING OF APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Printed copy of the online generated confirmation letter with reference number as mentioned above.
- Duly accomplished form (NAPOLCOM Form 1-A) and index card which can be obtained in their official website or at NAPOLCOM’s Regional Office.
- 2 recent 1×1 ID photo with white background and name tag. In the photo studio, just tell that the ID will be used for NAPOLCOM exam, they might probably know the exact specifications.
- One legal size window envelope with mailing stamp.
- Diploma and Transcript of Records (TOR) with Special Order (SO) issued by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
- PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate
- For PO1 with temporary appointment, a certified true copy of the attested appointment, Plantilla Appointment or Special Order.
- Police Examination Fee of 400 Pesos
A Notice of Admission (NOA) will be issued to the applicant upon completion of filing for examination.

What is an appointment under a Waiver Program?
- The age, height and weight for initial appointment to the PNP may be waived only when the number of qualified applicants falls below the approved national;/regional quota;
- The NAPOLCOM en banc may grant height waiver to a member of an indigenous group within the region as certified by the National Commission on Indigenous People (NCIP) or Office on Muslim Affairs (OMA);
- Waiver of the age requirement may be granted only provided the applicant is not less than 20 nor more than 35 years of age;
- Waiver of the height requirement may granted to a male applicant who is 1.57m and a female applicant who is 1.52m. A lower height requirement may be set for applicants belonging to indigenous group as certified by the NCIP.
What are the factors to be considered in the grant of waivers?
- Outstanding accomplishments or possession of special skills in law enforcement, police work, martial arts, marksmanship and similar skills;
- Special talents in the field of sports, music and others; and Extensive experience or training in training in forensic science and other technical services.
